This course provides you with an Introduction to the United States Judicial System, an overview of Intellectual Property and a basic understanding of Trade Secret Law. Trade secrets are a viable means of protecting intellectual property. This lecture is intended to provide you with an understanding of how basic Trade Secret Law works. The lecture discusses both the state and federal Trade Secret Protections including their similarities and differences.
